Join Lynsey for a nourishing Saturday morning sound bath, where you’ll be bathed in the healing vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other sacred instruments.

This class combines targeted tension release techniques with gentle movement to loosen tight areas, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra to fully relax the body and mind. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced.

Perfect for: anyone carrying stress in the body, desk workers, or those who feel physically “wired.”

Restorative Touch Series | Hand & Arm

A seasonal sanctuary of restorative yoga, gentle massage, and deep rest. Step into our sanctuary and give your body the chance to slow down properly.

At the start of each session, you’re offered a warm, lightly scented wash cloth to help your senses settle and signal to your body that it’s safe to drop into stillness.

Long restorative holds then create a steady, spaciousness where everything begins to loosen, and while you rest, you receive soothing massage focused on a different area of the upper body - the places that carry tension, effort and emotional load.

Across four months, the sessions move through a gentle arc: hands and arms, the head and scalp, the face or jaw, and finally the shoulders and neck. Each one offers a different kind of relief, building a rhythm of rest through the season.

SESSION 1 — Restorative + Hand & Arm Massage

A soft beginning that eases the body into rest. Gentle hand and forearm massage delivered while you recline into supported shapes.

SESSION 2 — Restorative + Head & Scalp Massage

A soothing session that quiets the mind and releases the upper body. Slow, rhythmic scalp and temple massage while you rest in stillness.

SESSION 3 — Restorative + Face Massage
(or Head & Scalp Massage if you prefer not to have your face touched)

A calming, tender session that melts jaw, brow and facial tension. Optional scalp massage keeps this week fully choice‑based.

SESSION 4 — Restorative + Shoulder & Neck Massage

A slow unravelling of the places we brace the most. Gentle shoulder and neck massage to ease the upper body into deeper rest.

To close the practice, we sit in circle while you’re offered a chilled seasonal herbal drink to refresh and calm, with soft botanical notes that ease you back into the room. Alongside it, there’s a small sweet bite to finish, just enough to ground you gently and bring a quiet sense of completion to the evening.

Folklore Flow | Midsummer’s Eve

Thursday 25th June | 7.30pm - 9pm

£15 per person

Join Shevy for this 90‑minute practice with fairy ring and midsummer folklore, when the veil between worlds grows thin.

In folklore, fairy rings are places where time loosened and direction blurred, a threshold where the ordinary softened and something otherworldly brushed close. We use the folklore to explore that same learning: softening control without needing to manage, predict, or stay neatly in line.

Expect circular sequence that shifts orientation, and transitions that blur beginnings and endings. Balance is found through surrender and subtle adjustment rather than force, creating a sense of moving inside something fluid and slightly otherworldly.

We close with a guided meditation woven with magical, twinkling fairy ring imagery, twilight fields, long grass catching the last light, and that shimmering edge‑of‑vision sparkle where enchantment stirs.

For anyone ready to loosen their grip, step briefly outside the expected, and experience a touch of Midsummer magic.

Healing from within | Releasing Limiting Beliefs Around Health & Wellbeing

Join Jade and Jess for a transformative movement, ThetaHealing®️ meditation and health workshop designed to explore the connection between our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and overall wellbeing.

Many of us carry subconscious beliefs about illness, ageing, stress, and our body's ability to heal. These hidden programs can negatively influence our health choices, emotional state, and even our physical wellbeing without us realising it.

We will open this session with gentle movement, designed to settle body and mind, before Jess guides you through a powerful ThetaHealing®️ meditation to help identify and release limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from experiencing greater vitality and wellness.

Beginning with a nourishing Yin practice, we will take time to slow down, soften, and arrive fully in the present moment. Through mindful movement, gentle stretches, and conscious breathing, you will be invited to release tension, quiet mental chatter, and create space within both body and mind. This slower pace of practice supports the nervous system, encouraging a shift away from the demands and distractions of daily life and into a state of greater ease, receptivity, and self-awareness.

As we settle, attention will be drawn inward, fostering a deeper connection with the sensations of the body, the rhythm of the breath, and the subtle messages that often go unnoticed in our busy lives. This intentional pause creates an opportunity to cultivate presence, grounding, and a sense of inner safety, providing a supportive foundation for the meditation work that follows.

Blending ancient self-care practices with intuitive movement, this session offers a gentle yet powerful space to explore facial massage techniques, improve circulation, and cultivate a deeper awareness of how you hold and carry stress. Whether you’re completely new or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and equipped with simple rituals to support your wellbeing long after the workshop ends.

Each booking includes a beautiful Gua Sha tool for you to use throughout the workshop and take home with you.

10:00 – 10:30 | Arrival & Welcome
Guests are invited to arrive, settle into the space, and ease into the morning. A warm drink and nourishing energy ball will be provided.

10:30 – 12:00 | Gua Sha Workshop
We’ll begin our Gua Sha ritual, guiding you through techniques, intention, and self-connection. Each guest will receive their own Gua Sha tool to take home.

12:00 – 12:20 | Transition Time
A short pause to reset the space, transitioning from the workshop setup into a relaxed dining environment.

12:20 – 2:20 | Nourishing Banana Leaf Lunch
A slow, intentional lunch experience led by Banana. This is a time to enjoy nourishing food, connect, and integrate the morning practice without feeling rushed.

2:20 – 2:40 | Transition Time
A gentle reset as we prepare the space for the next part of the day.

2:40 – 3:40 | Yoga Session (confirm timing)
A grounding yoga practice to reconnect with the body and deepen the day’s experience.

3:40 – 4:00 | Closing & Integration
We’ll softly close the space, allowing time for any questions, reflections, or simply to soak in the energy of the day.
