This practice honours the wild, instinctive energy of the full moon and invites you to reconnect with primal vitality, intuition, and the courage to release what no longer serves you.

Expect a gentle-yet-primal flow: slow, mindful moon salutations form the backbone of the practice, with grounded holds, flowing undulations, subtle lunges, and spirals that echo the wolf’s stretching, hunting, and shape-shifting energy. The session closes with a guided meditation invoking moonlit forests, silvery light, and the transformative power of the Faoladh.

Theme for April: Returning to Yourself

Join us for the next Movement & Manifest circle - a gentle, nourishing evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and share space with other women.

This month’s theme, Returning to Yourself, is an invitation to pause and turn inward. In the busyness of everyday life, it’s easy to lose touch with our own needs, intuition, and inner voice. This gathering offers a supportive space to soften, reflect, and reconnect with what feels true for you.

We’ll begin with soft, grounding movement followed by a calming yin yoga practice to help settle the nervous system and bring awareness into the body. From there, we’ll move into a guided meditation focused on letting go of what no longer feels aligned and gently setting intentions for the weeks ahead.

You’ll also be invited to journal and take part in a relaxed women’s circle, creating space for reflection, conversation, and connection in a warm and supportive environment.

This gathering is open to all women - whether you come to move, reflect, listen, or share.

The evening will include:

This practice honours the equinox shift toward light and the first stirrings of life after a dormant season. Inspired by the White Hare, it invites you to reclaim energy, awaken vitality, and step into your own emergence.

Expect soft, buoyant transitions, grounded beginnings, and subtle hops that echo the hare’s playful, agile energy. The practice concludes with a guided meditation rich in dew-dappled meadows, early blooms, and the quiet quickening of spring.

Join Jade for a deeply restorative morning designed to reset your body, calm your mind, and leave you feeling balanced, energised, and supported from within.

This mini morning retreat weaves together movement, stillness, and ear seed therapy - a gentle yet powerful wellness treatment rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

We begin with a welcome smoothie, giving you space to arrive and settle in. You’ll then move through a 45-minute Vinyasa Flow, building warmth and energy through breath-led movement, before transitioning into a 45-minute Yin practice to slow down, release tension, and encourage deep relaxation.

The morning closes with an extended guided relaxation and meditation, where you’ll receive your ear seeds.
