6pm - Vinyasa Flow

(60 minutes)

A dynamic flow to centre the body and settle the mind, expect to flow through a range of poses, with class ending with a deep relaxation

7.15pm - Mat Pilates

(60 minutes)

A low-impact, full-body workout designed to build core strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility. This class uses controlled movements and mindful breathing to enhance stability, alignment, and body awareness—all performed on the mat with minimal equipment. Suitable for all fitness levels

TUESDAY

9.30am - Yoga Foundations

(60 minutes)

A gentle and grounding class to start your day, perfect if you’re looking for a nurturing, mindful practice, or if you’re new to yoga

6pm - Slow Flow

(60 minutes)

Slow down the pace and focus on your foundations with this flow class, whether you’re a complete beginner, or enjoy a slower flow, this is the class for you

7.15pm - Vinyasa Flow

(60 minutes)

A flow to energise the body and centre the mind, expect to work up a sweat, ending class with a lead savasana.

WEDNESDAY

9.15am - Vinyasa Flow

(60 minutes)

A dynamic and awakening flow to start your Wednesday, working into strength and flexibility through a series of poses, ending with a relaxing savasana

6pm - Mandala Flow

(60 minutes)

A creative flow to centre body and mind, expect to flow through a mandala or infinity sequence, with class ending in a deep relaxation.

7.20pm - Vin & Yin

(70 minutes)

Starting off as a Vinyasa class, you will flow through a range of poses, before making your way down to the mat for your Yin practice, ending with a lead savasana. A dreamy combination for a Friday evening!

THURSDAY

8.30am - Element Flow

(60 minutes)

Find balance and inspiration through this Element Flow series, where each class draws upon the energy of one of the natural elements — Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. Each session offers a unique blend of energising movement and mindful relaxation, designed to align your body and spirit with the qualities of that element

SUNDAY

9.30am / 5.30pm - Rotational Class

Rotating weekly through the Nova teachers, join for flow, ashtanga or restorative & nidra
